“Catch the right moment for faster growth into the world market” has been our main task. In recent years, Huachuan has invested over 12 million USD to update its production lines and key equipment, focusing on machining, stamping, pressing, winding, extruding and sealing, assembling, heat treatment, surface treatment and testing benches. The major equipments are from Italy, the United States and Japan. Now, Huachuan has the world class components production lines, rotor production lines, assembly lines and production testing terminals, ignition coil assembly lines and production testing lines.   

Huachuan  pays great attention to production management by closely following the stringent requirement of 5S management format.  For seven years since 1997, Huachuan  has been the Business of the Year in Production Management by the Ministry of the Armament of China.  

Current Huachuan ’s assets include 2,132 sets of equipment. 260 of them are the imported equipments with the most up to date technology in the world.   

-Punch & Press:    High-speed precision punches, heavy duty hydraulic presses, large and medium punch machines for the manufacturing of the housings, covers ,armature shafts, dust covers and other parts.

-Metal Machining:  Over 200 sets of precision lathes, CNCs, digital mill machines, PC vertical and horizontal grinders, machining centers and linear cutting machines. Apart from manufacturing products, these equipments are also capable of making toolings, moulds and precision gauges and instruments.

-Winding Equipment: Automatic rotor winding lines, automatic stator winding lines and automatic coil winding lines for both automobile and motorcycle applications to ensure consistency in quality control for mass production.

-Surface Treatment: In house computerized surface treatment lines for zinc, tin chrome and nickel plating to reach and exceed the specifications from the customers.

-Sealing & Plastic Extrusion:In house vacuum pouring & sealing equipment and plastic extrusion machines can process various components for auto electric applications.
