Huachuan total QC assurance system is implemented in every stage of manufacturing from research, prototype design, vendor material sourcing, to production, testing, packaging, transportation and service. The general manager is also the director of QC Department with three levels of on line QC assurance inspectors at management office, branch plants, and production lines 

Most of the testing and gauge equipments imported from USA, Germany, Japan and France and are among the best in the world: alternator and starter testers, nuclear spectrum scopes, surface scopes, balancers, large scale 3D projectors, industrial micrometers, vertical optic scopes, horizontal linear gauges, and optic machining micrometers. The full line alternator and starter format testing facilities are among the best in the China with durability/cycle testers, vibrating testers, high-low RPM testers, temperature testers, salt spray testers, CFM testers and environment simulation testers, capable of generating full spectrum testing reports. 

Through relentless pursuit for quality excellence, Huachuan has received numerous national and provisional QC rewards issued by China National QC Commission, China National Technology Commission, Sichuan Technology Commission, and Sichuan Technology Inspection Bureau.
