Huachuan has been endeavoring for technical excellence from the very beginning. In 1992, we started the technology transfer and the joint venture with Yamaha Corporation Japan for manufacturing OEM Yamaha motorcycle parts. In 1995 we began the technical joint venture with NipponDenso.  Huachuan products have been made with the latest and most reliable technology in auto electrical design and manufacturing in the world.  

For years, Huachuan  has been capitalizing on: technology importing, absorption, assimilation and innovation. By absorbing and assimilating the new technology, Huachuan has been pioneering on the application of new materials, new equipment, new manufacturing procedures, and new facilities in all the stages of its research, design and manufacturing of auto electric parts.

It is also with such cutting edge technology that has made Huachuan as one of the best manufacturers in the auto electric business in China 

As early as 1990, Huachuan started to fully implement the computer technology in the design and manufacturing application. Today, CAD & 3D applications are used in every aspect of design and manufacturing process. IT and office automation are implemented during every stage of business management. We can do worldwide       technical conference over the internet. EDI, IT accounting, logistics, e-documents over intranet, computer based customer service, and e-commerce have transformed Huachuan  into a manufacturer with the most up-to-date It management system in the world.  

In 2000, Huachuan  was China Business of the Year for CIMS application. In 2001, it was Sichuan Business of the Year for CAD/CIMS applications.
